Right at Home Sefton is a local quality home care provider that provides care and support to the most vulnerable across the borough of Sefton.

We are looking for friendly, reliable, caring and experienced applicants who would be interested in joining our fantastic team and would be willing to work within the Litherland and Crosby areas of Sefton.

We are looking for friendly, caring and experienced applicants, to join our team of Complex Care Assistants who would be willing to work within the Litherland or Crosby regions of Sefton, Merseyside. Flexibility and reliability will be required for the role as this will allow us to provide the highest level of care for our clients. The positions would consist of working block hours on either a part time or full time basis working either early mornings, early afternoons or overnight shifts.

You probably already have the skills and knowledge you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we can offer you the training to enhance and perfect your skills and to take you to the next step in your career.

• Premium hourly rates up to £12.80 p/h and additional mileage pay at 35p p/m
• Guaranteed hours contracts offered – drivers only

Duties will include:

• Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
• Personal care
• Administering medication
• Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
• Shopping
• Housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Right at Home Sefton covers the following areas: Formby, Maghull, Lydiate, Netherton, Bootle, Litherland, Seaforth, Crosby, Waterloo and other surrounding areas. We are also in the process of opening our services in the Southport area.

Requirements of a Complex Care Assistant:

• Must be available for early mornings, early afternoons or overnight shifts
• Must be able to commit to working one day every weekend or alternate full weekends
• Must have previous experience working within the care industry
• Must have previous experience looking after patients with Complex needs preferably knowledge in spinal injuries and peg feeding
• Must hold a valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle is preferred but not essential.
• Have a genuine passion to want to help others
• Be a reliable and responsive team player with a positive attitude
