Right at Home Sefton is a local quality home care provider that provides care and support to the most vulnerable across the borough of Sefton.

We are looking for friendly, reliable, caring and experienced applicants who would be interested in joining our fantastic team and would be willing to work within the region of Sefton and surrounding areas.

We can offer you full training and flexible shifts to work around your availability to make sure that those who need help will get it. We are currently looking for applicants who would be interested in supporting with bank work with availability on any day Monday to Sunday working either mornings, evenings or waking night shifts so if you can spare some of your free time we would love to hear from you.

You probably already have the skills and knowledge you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we can offer you the training to enhance and perfect your skills and to take you to the next step in your career.

• Premium hourly rates up to £12.80 p/h and additional mileage pay at 35p p/m

Duties will include:

• Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
• Personal care
• Administering medication
• Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
• Shopping
• Housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Right at Home Sefton covers the following areas: Formby, Maghull, Lydiate, Netherton, Bootle, Litherland, Seaforth, Crosby, Waterloo and other surrounding areas. We are also in the process of opening our services in the Southport area.

Requirements of a Bank Care Assistant:

• Must be able to give us availability on a weekly basis committing to at least one shift Monday to Sunday working either mornings (7:00am-2:00pm) or evenings (3:00pm-11:00pm)
• Must be able to support with working weekends with availability required on a weekly or alternate weekend basis
• Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle - non-drivers will not be considered
• Must have previous experience working within the care industry
• Must be willing to travel across all areas of operation
• Have a genuine passion to want to help others
• Be a reliable and responsive team player with a positive attitude

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail sales assistant, customer service, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
