Job Title: Female Bank Care Assistants
Location: Various Locations Across Area of Operation
Job Type: Bank / Flexible
Pay Rate: Up to £13.25ph + 35p mileage allowance

Right at Home Sefton is seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Bank Care Assistants to join our friendly and professional care team. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality home care and support to our clients across all areas of our operation, helping them live independently and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, companionship, and domestic support to female clients in line with their individual care plans.
• Travel to various client locations throughout the Right at Home Sefton service area.
• Support clients with personal hygiene, mobility, medication prompts, meal preparation, and other daily tasks.
• Build meaningful and professional relationships with clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care coordination team.

Requirements:

• Female applicants only – due to the nature of the role and the provision of personal care needs to our female clients we require female candidates only requirements.
• Drivers with access to a vehicle are essential – due to the need to cover a wide geographical area.
• Must be able to commit to a minimum of one shift per week, either morning (7:00am-2:00pm) or evening (3:00pm-11:00pm), including:
• Every Saturday or Sunday, or
• Alternate weekends.
• A caring and empathetic nature with a passion for supporting others.
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to travel throughout the local area.
• Previous care experience is desirable due to the nature of the role.

• Competitive pay rate of up to £13.25 per hour.
• 35p per mile mileage allowance to cover travel expenses.
