Job Title: Bootle & Crosby Care Assistants (Females only)
Location: Sefton (Bootle, Litherland, Seaforth, Crosby and Waterloo)
Position: Full-time & Part-time
Rate of Pay: £12.25-£13.25 per hour + 35p Mileage Allowance

Role Overview

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and committed Care Assistants to join our growing team in Bootle & Crosby. You’ll be supporting clients during morning or evening shifts, including weekends, providing personal care, companionship, medication assistance, and help with household tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes
• Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, medication, and meal preparation
• Offer emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation
• Accurately maintain care records and report concerns to the office team
• Travel between clients’ homes in your own vehicle

What We’re Looking For

• Female applicants only due to client preferences
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
• Ability to work mornings or evenings and weekends reliably
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
